A supplier reminder, with the desk behind it.
If you received a message mentioning Duebriar, this page explains what it means, what happens when you reply, and how to ask for future reminders to stop.
The short version
Duebriar is the supplier's collections and invoice desk. It helps organize reminders and replies, but it is not your supplier and it does not decide whether money is owed.
01 / The message
It came from your supplier, using Duebriar.
The supplier you already work with generated the message and chose to send it using Duebriar. Duebriar acts as the supplier's collections and invoice desk—not as the supplier, and not as the party deciding whether an amount is owed.
- An invoice number
- The amount the supplier says is due
- A supplier-provided payment link, when provided
02 / Your reply
Reply normally. The desk will make sense of it.
When you reply, Duebriar correlates your message to the reminder you received and uses AI to classify what you are saying. It can recognize signals such as these:
- Payment sent
- Promise to pay
- Missing invoice
- Dispute
- Payment-plan request
- Contact change
03 / Human review
The unclear parts rise to a person.
A supplier human reviews replies that are unclear or need judgment. In the supplier dashboard, low-confidence classifications are marked needs-reviewand the reply is surfaced with its context.
The supplier remains responsible for the final response and action. That includes deciding how to handle a dispute, a payment arrangement, a document request, or a change to your contact details.
04 / Stop future reminders
Tell the supplier, and they can close the loop.
Reply directly to the reminder you received, or use the supplier's normal contact channel, and ask them to stop future reminders. The supplier can record your address as a permanent opt-out in Duebriar. Once recorded, future reminders are suppressed.
